The Vitamin Shoppe softgels have worked well in our experience.  The preparations listed above are the oil-based gelcaps that provide far superior absorption to powder forms. (If you go to the Vitamin Shoppe website, beware of the powder forms of CoQ10, listed as a “capsule.” You want the “gelcap.”).
