ABOUT US

The Track Your Plaque online heart disease prevention program was started in 2005, when Milwaukee cardiologist, William Davis, MD, decided to broadcast the unique approach that he had developed during his active preventive cardiology practice. Dr. Davis currently serves as CEO and Chief Medical Officer. He is author of the  book, Track Your Plaque. Dr. Davis helped establish Wisconsin's first heart scan device in 1996.  

Chris Kliesmet, BSEE, MBA  is COO and Chief Technical Officer of Track Your Plaque.  He manages day to day operations of the Track Your Plaque website and all other technical projects and developments.

In order to continue to deliver unbiased information, the Track Your Plaque website does not accept outside advertising. To fund development of the program and its continuing expenses, particularly those of website design and implementation, a portion of the Track Your Plaque service operates as a paid-Membership site.
